How to Prepare
Step 1 – Fry
Heat 4 tbsp oil. Add chicken and egg and fry until fully cooked.
Step 2 – Add Rice
Add 200–250 g boiled rice and mix well.
Step 3 – Season
Add the SLV Fried Rice Kit Masala and salt. Stir-fry for approximately 2 minutes.
Step 4 – Sauce & Serve
Add the included sauces. Finish with coriander or curry leaves. Toss well and serve hot.
